Does anyone have a Versa Top with the removable plastic strip on it? I have a question about that strip and when I talk to all glass aquarium person, they cant' understand what I'm talking about. I basically want to know if it's normal for my plastic strip to not have a lip at the top that fits the aquarium hood. The only lip that it has is the one that connects it to the glass canopy.
In front of the package that it came with, it has a picture with the plastic strip having a lip for at the top of it and also when I look in the manual for the all glass aquarium hood, it says that the aquarium hood should fit on the lip that is in the plastic strip.
If you have this versa top that is from all glass aquariums, can I see a picture of your plastic strip? Or if you don't have a pic, can you tell me if your plastic strip has a lip for your hood on the top? I wanna see so if its not normal, to get another one.
