Hi my 2 goldfish seem to have really bad white spot, and 1 is losing its scales. I've tried giving them some Interpet anti-white spot off my old fish who died but it seems to be getting worse. I've only had them around 2 weeks and my white clouds seem unaffected. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in Advance

Chris

check ur water levels.. :D

ammonia, nitrites, & nitrates..
i don't think ur cycled already.. plus goldfish produces lots of ammonia

Well the pH is quite low at just above 6 and the ammonias at 1pt per million. No nitrates or nitrites. Are they likely to recover or is there anything else I can do to help?

sounds like you are in the middle of a cycle. You should keep up with consistent water changes and watch those fish. One of the risks we take when doing a fishy cycle is the casualties of some fish.... sorry.

do partial water changes man..

maybe abt 50% at a time?

and be sure to dechlor ur water, u have 0 nitrites w/c means that ur cycle has not yet started? ur water conditions probably have stressed ur fish making them more susceptible to ich..

gud luk man :o

Well we used to have nitrites but they seem to have dissapeared.
The fish look slightly better this morning :)
