If anyone lives in the southern part of Illinois or St.louis area there is a place called The Ty-Dyed Iguana that is selling a whole bd set-up with everything including the Bd for $209. I am hoping to get one of these soon as i love bd's but have never had the opportunity to have 1 nor the space. But now i do and this seems like a really good deal. Just wanted to share that with everyone because i am so excited. :perv:
 
You have to be careful with what they include with those setups though. Often places don't include UVB light, or they include the wrong type of UVB light, and not the right strength. They also generally include small tanks.

Craigslist is the better option to getting an 'entire setup' for a reasonable price sometimes. I managed to get a free 30 gallon breeder, stand, and light fixture, which I've been using until my little one grows out of it (she's about 9 months old, and still has tons of room).

Be careful where you buy your BD from as well, a lot are unhealthy and have never had UVB in their life. Breeders and reptile shows are an excellent way to go.
 
ok. maybe i should of worded it better. The people i am getting it from are bd breeders that have their own store. They are very knowledgeable about what their requirements are. Plus i'm pretty knowledgeable myself and i wouldn't just buy crap that most crappy stores sell. sry for any confusion there :)
 
Just be careful and do your research on them first (possibly post on the BOI on FaunaClassifieds). There are good and bad breeders, and even some that seem good and are pretty bad. I'm very wary about who I buy from now, seeing how many people have been screwed.
 
um wow thats really expensive but i dont know a dang thing about bearded dragons. dont they get real big. and if you do buy him put some pics of it on the link in my sig id love to see him
