Victor VTS 252c regulator build

I don't know what would happen if you get back flow into your needle valve, but don't put me on the list to find out! I would just like to ensure that nothing but gas hits my NV. I have read about people who prefer the same thing.

Yeah i wasn't suggesting to not use a check valve but i was curious what would happen if water did enter the chamber.

Hello Rock & coach,
You want to know what happens to a regulator if you don't protect it via a back-flow valve. I can tell you "it goes kaputt".

I ruined a costly Dupla regulator this way...oh, I fuss?d for a long time over it. Liquid CO-2 and regulators don't get along.

Couldn't you just get the regulator rebuilt if this happed? It's still cheaper than getting a new one.
