Not really, our energy bill is about $230 a month

Nice setup, looks better than mine probably ever will. How warm is your basement? Mine stays around 60 in cold weather, so I use extra wattage heaters to keep the tanks warm. Only problem is regulating the temp; they tend to stay close to 80 regardless of turning the heaters back a bit.

Mine is probably around 60-68 all year long. I do have larger heaters. In most of my tanks 55g or over, i use 2, i like redundancy
