Purchase one gravid female guppy.
Wait a few days. After the babies are a week old, but before they enter week three, pull out those that you can identify as female. Give the rest away.

Lol, if it's good advice I will support it. Seriously, unless you have a local guppy breeder to get what you are looking for without having to pay shipping, by the time you factor in shipping costs, etc, you're best off to get a preggo female from a LFS, let her drop, and sort yourself.
 
call the LFS and ask them if they have any guppy fry, most do, especially in the feeder tank. This will likely cost you pennies on the dollar and save on shipping charges, its going to cost around 10 dollars or more to have anything shipped and is a bit of a waste for a few guppies IMO. It doesn't take but a few weeks to get them large enough to sex/mature.
