If you would take care to note, thats not in the US, its in the UK. THat said, I'm not sure what UK's laws are about those.

Hrmm. I couldn't see them getting past customs, even if they're getting past ebay policy... I'm going to keep an eye on the seller, see if anyone leaves negative because their snails were confiscated...
