Hey Group
Because I love my mono (moni?), I want to change my tank to brackish water.
Which of my fish should I take back to the store?

platies
mollies
kribensis
bala sharks
tetras
paradisefish
gouramis (zebra and blue spot)
betta
clown loach

Also, what type of salt should I use, and at what rate?

Thanks very much in advance.

Andy

The kribensis and mollies are the only ones that will do well in a brackish enviroment. Use marine salt mix, I have used red sea salt on my reef tank with farely well results, if your looking for a recomendation. Also, be sure to bring the tank to brackih very slowl, and mix the BW in buckets, not the tank.

Should post in the Brackish Forum for recommendations on your mono.

What size is your tank? It may not be worth your while to switch if your tank is not big enough to sustain a full grown mono. They are schooling fish, btw, and should be in groups of at least six.
