Want to do a dwarf neon rainbow tank

Hi guys. I saw these little guys and they look great. They are tiny and from what I understand, they dont get big (about 2"). I plan to have a school of 30 in a planted tank. The only other inhabitants might be some shrimp.

I'm trying to decide on the tank size. You guys think a 75 gallon would do? Filteration will be an Eheim 2217 and a 2213.

30 sounds like a great idea, especially considering they'll be the only fish in the tank.
