Ok. Read my Guide. You are not injecting nearly enough CO2. You should actually be more in the range of 3-4 bubbles per second. If you don't already have KH and pH test kits then obtain them and use them to check your CO2 levels. You want about 30 ppm and I can tell you right now you are no where near close to that.
And if you are using any kind of commercial ferts then chances are it's not enough.
