Fruitfly: Depending on where you are, many specialty LFSes get them in once or twice each year...or perhps you could special order it via one of your local shops.
Jlui83: Have you considered a small school (say 8-10) of Exodon paradoxus AKA 'bucktooth tetras'? You would need to upgrade your tank in a few months, but it would be worth it.
