WANTED: VERY ALIVE ZEBRA PLECOS

its almost impossible to buy proven breeders now days. if you do they wont be cheep at all.

TTA sells lots of 5-8 fish, but they are 1-1.5", so it will be a while before they will breed. Buying a group of proven breeders can cost upwards of $5000.

it can take years from fry to them spawning...... plus the people looking to move their colony for the most part dont just sell to anyone..... they want proven breeders and stuff to make sure it wont die.....

it would be better to get some experience breeding other types of plecos before trying zebras. when they land in your tanks, you need to KNOW that you can breed them not just hope you can.

I AM looking to purchase fry ! When I say I'm going to "breed them", what I mean is, somewhere down the road I'm going to breed them. I've seen the price of "breeding pairs, etc.", and it's a little out of my range !! Thanx.
