hi all.i just changed my 90g over to flourite.make sure you wash it really well.
i got my old sand out without a problem.but it was 11 and my wife had to go to work at 3am, so i didn't want to mess up the tub.so i slowely added it to the filled tank.big no no.
when i got it all in it looked like a 4' red brick.so after 4 80% water changes it's finally clear.i can see the fish and it looks good.
never lost a fish, almost lost a bala shark that decided to jump out of the tank when the water was about 1/2 full.he jumped out, landed on my cat on the couch.the cat ran and i caught him before he fell into the back of the couch.he's fine, but the cat needs help.lol
