My family had a beagle that had a pink spot for well over a decade after I got a hold of red permanent marker when I was 3 or 4.
wow nice bully! love those dogs! is it yours? I here females are really good babysitters, their supposed to have a high maternal instinct.

And that's a Crayola washable marker so no long term damage done!
I will tell you that you should never use pastel Easter colored paint to put spots on your cat's ears....as the paint won't come off but the hair will come off in paint laden clumps......don't ask how I know.....
