I've never paid attention to the machines, but who's name is on them? If not the provider, then I suspect that in the eyes of the law, Wal*Mart could be liable. If they post that it is supplied by an outside source, then they are off the hook. But if they don't, I think they are implying that it's their product.

It'll be interesting to see how this one turns out...

The machine had no name just a sign saying something about if you want to rent a machine write to such and such address. As for the other company lieing to walmart I think that since they sold the product with no other name on it they did infact imply it was theirs therefore they should be responsible and take their own recorse with the company for whatever loss they suffered.

well I got ahold of glacier water servis and Mr. Spencer at wally's. Glacier is going out today to do an independant testing. Mr. Spencer said that he is in a meeting untill tomorrow and will do what he can to get the ball rolling on the breaks. Glacier said they will call me tomorrow Mr. Spencer by the end of the week.
