I've bought ground cover plants (mainly glosso and dwarf clover) on several occasions, and every time I got to separate out the plants and plant them I feel like I'm wasting a lot of what I've bought.
For example, the 6" x 6" piece of glosso that I just went through netted me maybe 150 or so plantlets (1-2 leaves, stem, roots). The vast majority I've thrown out because it was either damaged or dead.
Am I being too selective in what I'm deciding to plant or is this just the nature of dealing with these types of plants?
thanks
