I use a Python to do water changes on my 90g, and it's not a hassle at all. If you don't want to buy a Python, then you could always make a DIY one, just look for a water bed filler.
I use a Python as well - they're invaluable IMO.
dimsem - I just add the dechlorinator to the tank immediately before I begin filling it with the Python.
You can also use a powerhead with a hose attached to drain the water into a sink. Have a tub of water waiting to fill the aquarium back up, and put the powerhead into the tub to pump the water back into the tank. I have a maxi-jet powerhead on order for this purpose. I also have a lees ultimate gravel vac (its like a python) that works great, although my water pressure is a bit low so it takes a while to drain and it wastes water. This is where the powerhead comes in to play.
