O.k. so the four mollies can be split between the two aquariums and it might work. But according to your sig you have the four mollies in the same ten gallon tank at the moment. This will produce a lot of waste for such a confined space. If they are split between the two aquariums then just keep in mind that you will be pretty much stocked to capacity in both of these aquariums which will limit you on thier stocking capacities.
If this is a planted aquarium then you should have the lights on for 10-12 hours a day set to a timer. If it is not planted then you can have the lights on for 5-6 hours a day which is more than enough or you will be battling some very serious algae issues.
Water changes need to happen every week on this schedule of at the very least 25% and more if your water peremeters demand it.
