I am having trouble keeping the water in my planted aquarium completely clear. It has been this way for months, and nothing seems to change it. It is tiny white/opaque particles. The result is slightly cloudy, but not noticeably so unless you look carefully. Bacteria bloom? It is not green water. I've tried a number of clarifying things, but none seem to help... and I know that they work, because I used it successfully on a different aquarium. The other thought I had was that it was from the DIY yeast reactor, which lines directly into my powerhead.
Here are the tank specifics:

bi-weekly water changes at 10-15%
heavily planted with hornwort, swords, a cryp, a banana plant, and moneywort, and some kind of tall eelgrass-like plant
neons, serpae tetras
sunset platys
spotted or speckled or something cory
