I have a small bottle of Betta Water Conditioner and bigger one of Aqua Plus Conditioner, is there a difference between the two? Could I empty the betta one into the bigger one?

Not familiar with those...the only one I recommend is Prime...

Most products made specifically for Bettas are more dilute than normal aquarium products as they figure that the products will be used in smaller containers. Just use them up according to their own directions.

I would just use them up according to the directions as subrosa suggested. I would not reccommend mixing product even if there both the same. I use Jungle water conditioner its what we sell where I work (Walmart) I do got a bottle of prime but it will only come out if I need it.

I agree with the above posters. I myself, only use prime. Its the bet bang for your buck.

+1 to prime, but i wouldnt see the harm in mixing them if its taking up alot of room... i mean, if you where to do two water changes and one time you used the betta one, and another time you used the aqua plus its not like the waters going to explode...

Never mix conditioners. Different brands use different chemicals that don't always work together. Some people have reported that using two different kinds at once have caused major fish kills.

Best bang for the buck is what I use! Crystalline sodium thiosulphate. I get enough to neutralize 25,000 gal for $6. What would that much Prime cost?:dance2:

Thanks everyone :) I noticed that the amount per gallon was different so wasn't sure :P Will leave it as is
