Hello, since it is getting close to winter I would like to know what do I do with my waterlilies?

If they are between 16 to 24" deep then leave them be, they will over winter. Clean up the dead/dying foliage, cut back to the tuber/soil level. Repotting in early spring before they start new shoots will encourage better growth.
