Water readings

I finally got a deluxe test kit which turns out those strip things are wrong! My ph is really high at 8.6, Kh is 18 and GH is 2. I'm so confused, again. Hopefully that is not the reason of my gouramis demise, the mollies are loving it though. Is this bad?

Is that your tank readings or your tap water?

Tank, tap water is the same (have well water) Sorry I asked about this before, but the test strips read a lower ph and didn't have KH. I don't want to be annoying, I just want to make sure it won't hurt the fish.
