Tomorrow I will need to be doing a 20% water change to keep the ammonia in my tank down and protect the lifeform that I have enslaved.

I have a trial size of AquaSafe from TetraAqua. The directions call for one teaspoon for 10 gallons. So how much should I use for two gallons or is a teaspoon ok?

If I did not suck at math I probably would not need to ask. So I thank you.

And remember, time is of the essence. Save a life!

You can generally just feel it out, you can use less than a teaspoon, or you can use a teaspoon. I'd go for less since it's overkill if you use more than directed. Use 1/5 of a teaspoon, and save some of the trial!

do 50% waterchange and add a teaspoon
