Watkin Goldfish

One of the most attractive goldfish I have seen is the Watkin. I would like to purchase several for my pond but I have not had any luck finding a seller. It is a very popular goldfish overseas but for some reason has not found the USA market.

Would anyone know where I can find this attractive goldfish?

If you are indeed looking for wakins, this shop in Pennsylvania claims to have them for sale, though you will have to contact them to see if they will ship fish to you.

Try Wakins (pronounced wa-keens).

Where are you located?

I got mine from a koi dealer in Westminster, CA called Eastern Nishikigoi.

They are VERY good with the Wakins. They dont get them often but when they do they will quarantine them for a long time if they feel they're not up to par.

Note: Wakins get big so consider how you stock. I walked pass my tank two days ago and freaked out because they look like small Orcas now.
