Ways to raise money for dogs surgery?

I have great news. They are keeping Harley!!!
There is a fund for him at penn.
 
I just got back from visiting. I took pictures with my cell. They are attached. I gave in and gave him his Christmas presents early. He had fun unwraping them. You can see in one of the pictures some toys around on the floor.:)

The antiprotozoals don't make any sense to me, and it's not something I've heard of in connection with arthritis - would you mind explaining? Haven't heard of vitamin C, either, but given that it's a necessity for healthy connective tissue, it makes some sense, though dogs generally make enough on their own.
 
why not just get pet insurance and claim it? it won't be more then 250$ a month, which is cheaper then 10k. google pet health insurance.
 
Pet insurance wont cover dogs with pre existing medical problems. I think my my mom and boyfriend are receving help for 70%. Im not sure on the details I got 70% from my grandmother who isnt a reliable source. She messes up details all the time.
 
Right now he is at my house sleeping on the couch snoring.
