I just had to find a Chicago Dog place here(puyallup)
used Vienna dogs(natural casing) on poppy seed bun with mustard,onions,neon green pickle relish, tomatoes, dill pickle wedge and sport peppers(dash of celery salt)

I hate my co worker

Butcher shop (NOT big name processed nasty) Bratwurst, natural casing, grilled until carmelized. Next prepare onions and peppers sauteed in soy sauce and butter. Then dump the whole mess into a hot beer and butter mixture, and simmer for 10 minutes or more. Pile it on a bun, dump on some mustard, and almost die from pleasure.

They've got to be the cheddar smokies from the Fat Franks carts downtown here in Edmonton, with extra cheese sauce on top. yum!
