Weird ammonia results.

This is my friends tank She has done the test 3 times and it keeps coming up like this. Is there anything she can be missing?

Is this tank cycled, and are you sure that your kit isn't expired?
If ammonia was that high, I would say your snails wouldn't be alive.

I say its probably expired, look on the bottles, they should have an expiration date on them.
