Weird behavior?

I have something weird going on in my tank. My L. caeruleus and my cobalt seem to be very aggressive towards my glass. They come up to the glass and open their mouths wide and seem to bite at the glass. They only do this in the bow (front) section of the glass. They don't ram at it by any means, they just come up to it and start getting very aggressive towards it. Do they see a reflection and think it is another male? Is this normal? They don't go after any of the other fish in the tank. Any help would be great....

My guess is that, yes, they see their own reflection and yes, its ok and entertaining at the same time!

is there any algae on the glass, my auratus will do that to get some algae when theres a lot on the glass...

No alge that I can see. I see them pick it off of the rocks, but it's not the same. Much more aggresive towards the glass.

Do they only do it when you come near the tank? If so, they are just begging for food

No. They hide when I walk by the tank. I think it just acts like a mirror to them. I'd get a picture of it, but they are too shy when I am right by the tank.
