sounds like copepods and most likely the cyclops. the double egg sacs usually point that way. it is hard to tell exactly due to the vast amount of species as mentioned above. they are the size of baby brine shrimp in my tank. just keeping them until i breed some fish. they do no harm so why not keep them around.
