Weirdest places for a tank??

i love the sink.. the filtration stuff is probably in the backsplash.. it looks thick enough for an HOB or something similar.

I'm also a huge fan of the birdcage fishtank although my mind is racing trying to figure out the logistics.

that bird underwater thing was something i've already done. all i did though was put a tank inside a larger tank. problem was getting it to sink and not just bob around floating.

Here are some more....

Best use for a Packard Bell PC that I've ever seen*

*(Well, other than for target practice. :grinyes: )

how about a crystal clear water bed, with fiberglass supports and flourescent lighting underneath or from the corners, that way you could see into some odd 500+ gallons....

That would be crazy!

sure, you could see into some odd 500+ gallons, but what fun is that when there's no fish in there nor is it possible to keep fish in there?
i do however think it would be awesome if you used those fake plastic swimming fish.

why couldn't you keep fish in there... You could run some kind of sponge filter from an airline (lots of them...) anddo regular water changes... we are talking about a design overhaul on what exists already to make it work.

something about being a totally enclosed, minimal-air-for-best-performance type thing like a waterbed mattress doesn't seem to work well with any living life form that likes to respire
