Well i finely see movement in the prams

ammonia holding in between .25 & 0
nitrate 5,
nitrite jumped to .50

I did a 55% WC this morning (30 gal,) out of 55
i used a little TA aqua safe conditioner (prime on the way sounds better)

I have well water that has no readings

so my question is how long for it to settle down and now that i have nitrite do i need to change out water more often ?

oh it's snowing will that change my willingness in playing fetch with my dog ? and can i use it as a excuse LMAO

giant danios & a few blue Gouramis fish in cycle , but with it now moving what is the approx time frame for it to finish

and do i bump up the wc to more than once a day

I would do at the least 50% water changes everyother day.Ideally for your fish, this really should be done daily.Keep your test kit handy and I would test every morning and evening if it were my tank.

You should be fine then.I would keep a close eye on the gourami, not sure how they do during a cycle.Maybe someone else does.Good Luck!

even cut back on feedings if you have too. the fish will be fine with feedings every other day.

i vac the tank what i can get to on WC ,,

and was thinking on cutting back to feeding once a day , but you think once every 2nd day ,, Hmmmm i can do that

they already line up like little puppy dogs when i go over by the tank ,lol
little beggars that they are

dont vac the tank while your cycling some of these bacteria live in the gravel your just prolonging the time to cycle
