Well, I am a Newbie to this forum and Salt water tanks, so I guess this is the post where I say Hi to everyone, from what I have read over the past couple of days there is a lot of great info on here.
I have had Fresh water tanks before, but with my 3 yo son Alex watching Nemo 10,000 times over the past couple of years, and having a salt water tank at the Rest. I run it is time to get the ball rolling for a tank at home.
So far I am going the cheap route. (lol) I picked up a few weeks ago a 72 gal Bow front drill tank with stand and top for 200.00, a light(no idea what it is) for a 75.00. Sump for free from the rest I run.
I have an Older couple that maintains the tank at the rest. everyother week that is hooking me up with these deals. So far I think I am doing really good considering the fish store would of charged me over a grand for all of what I have so far.
I think all I need is a 7 mag drive pump and a Skimmer.(If you know anyone wanting to offload eithier let me know lol)

I do have a ton of questions that I am going to start asking but I will try to do a search first before I ask.
and lastly I have to say from the pics I have seen you guys and gals have some really sweet looking tanks!
