Werewolf Game 1

Woohoo! WTG Townies =) Unfortunately I won't be signing up for the next round. My husband is on vacation for the next week so I am spending time with my family. Also, I finally got all of the books in to homeschool my son so I have a lot of planning and prep to do so we can begin in 2-3 weeks. So I really wouldn't have very much free time to keep up with all the posts and would hate to make a commitment I am unsure I can keep.

Mike, good job as Alpha, you totally had me convinced you were innocent for most of the game, although I did almost put your name in the night I was killed. It was just a really bad gut feeling, but I put in KOTD's name, and never did get a reply since ya'll killed me. Ahhhhh so cold. I never even saw it coming!

Ontop of this, I have my own personal suspicions that one of my wovles, Male's pm was hacked and or left open and revealed who we were hitting the first night because our hit did not go through, and it was on a totally random person who the priest would have never guessed, everyoen was telling them to protect Coler, this lead me to belive watauga was possibly the priest and I was right. If it were not for these two things I think we, the wolves would have won. I hope no one thinks i am being a sour sport, I am simply stating my case. I am sorry for all thsoe whom I have tricked and killed off. Good game to eevryone, I enjoyed it most of the time. But again, it is my last.

Did'nt happen. Watauga just protected the loudest, most pot stirring player avaliable, and that was ice the first round. We played in seperate rooms, with doors closed, and my comp was password protected the whole game. Well, at least untill she turned. If you're gonna cheat, why even play? So no one cheated on this end, of that, I'll bet my life. Ice was obvious, but wata thought he was the lead man at arms.

Is this the reason I got no communication, instructions, or anything from you? I kinda felt I had to play this by myself, with no teamwork goals from the alpha. If you did'nt trust my security on this end, I wish you could have said so. I could have assured you of my precations, and we could have devoured this little village down to a bloody nub.

Sorry for the work schedule thing. I normally work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, and 12 on the weekends. This week was a total freak of scheduling, and it really robbed me of my ability to spend the time needed to play the game well. I had to do 14 days in a row, most of them longer than normal days, and it just ate all my time. Now I'm on a light schedule, and of course, the game is over.

That was definetly the main reason for the lack of communication. I didn't know what to do after that so I figured I would just let everyone play on their own and hope for the best. It was really a major setback. I am glad to hear it was all just a coincidence though. But it sure didn't feel like on when I found out. No worries on the schedule thing, I had never intended to be in total control and force people to do things. If you were doing anything that really put a damper on things I would of contacted you somehow.

Lady, right click on the X and highlight the URL, copy it and place it into your browser... hit enter. Then when nothing happens, refresh the ww thread.

I resent this too. I am not a cheater, and I clearly stated that if i thought me and Mal couldn't play the game right, we wouldn't both have played at all. The first day, several people were saying "protect coler, protect coler" and someone posted that the top players most likely to be wanted by the wolves or dangerous to townspeople if they were wolves were Ice, Coler, Charlie, and JL. JL had barely posted, maybe twice, Coler wasn't being helpful at all or posting very much which make me suspicious of people trying to tell me to protect him, I wasn't sure about Charlie, so I protected Ice. if the wolves thought that the priest was a newbie/easily persuaded, then the priest would protect Coler and they would have a clear shot at the player who would be the most dangerous to them in terms of experience. Ice was sensible, logical, very present (especially the first day), and turning over stones early in the game. He was an obvious choice for me because of that. It wasn't luck, it wasn't cheating - it was logic.

Oh.....what a game!

Well....being a men-at-arms sucked.....no communication what so ever...So I decided to kinda play on my own game plan...be quiet in the begginning.....and start picking it up in the later section of the game.

I was kinda happy with myself that I started the Mal train, said Mike was the alpha (now why didn't you guys listen to me? :)), and wata was second on my list after Mike.

ZS-Oh bugger off lol! I did only three after posts......and only the one right after I died gave info. The info was to destroy Mike (a little mad that I knew that, eh ZS? :D)....I did that since Lady G (you were a fun player to play with) asked if I could give out one last gut feeling.

I'm in the next game.....mwauahahahaah!

Thats the point of the mob/wolves taking someone out though. Their ideas are getting to close and we want them silenced. If people are going to continue posting, especially ideas and thoughts after they are killed off, then in my opinion the game is ruined and absolutely no fun. Rules are rules for a reaosn, they keep everyone happy. Why break them?
 
I'm gonna have to agree ere Whenever something is compromised, no matter who's side it's on, it all just stinks. Yes, it seems like a huge help and all when in actuality, is it really a help or kinda saying "you couldn't do it without me" in the end? It just doesn't seem like a true victory. I know there are things that I saw that I didn't like in the mafia games and this was one of them during one of the games. It made it completely frustrating and unfair. I think if someone is going to drop such a bomb after they are voted out, they should be banned from the next game.
