Ummm yeah no2 and no3 were backwards... the tanks been up for years.

Java Moss grows pretty slow and at low light levels it's even slower. It took about a year for a cup of Java Moss to cover the bottom of my 10g fry tank with low light, no ferts, and no CO2.
