What aquaic plants do silver dollars do not dare eat?

ANACHARIS!!! I got 12 stems from petco, I placed them in my tank, 6 on the left, 6 on the right.. and guess what? My silver dollars aren't eating them!!! Looks like they still think they are fake plants. I just hope they dont give it a try. Are anacharis hard to care for?

What can I use to keep the anacharis from floating? It's kinda hard trying to get the anacharis firmly put on the substrate. They still arent eating the anacharis

can use plant anchors $2 for a pack of 8 or 10
I got the same problem for now.. so i just let them float.
