The Fertilizer Recommendations and Info. FAQ lists "traces" under "Must Haves," and recommends Flourish. What are the essential traces? I bought Fourish Trace by mistake, and it lacks some of the ingredients in Flourish - e.g.
Nitrogen, Phosphate, and Potash (which are not traces, and are listed separately in the FAQ) - it also lacks Magnesium, Iron, (listed as should haves in the FAQ), and Sulfur, Calcium, and Sodium. Are the last three necessary?

Yes, the last three are necessary. Although you will have enough of them in your tapwater if it's not too soft. If it's too soft, you might also want to add some Magnesium.

Usual trace elements that actually deserve that name are Boron, Cobalt, Copper, Iron, Manganese, Molybdenum and Zinc. Although iron is already a borderline "macro" ;).
