well i've been looking around here and have not found anything like what i have on my driftwood
i first noticed a couple days ago there was these about 3-4 tinny like white balls on the wood I didn't make too much of it but now 4-5 days later they multiplated there is about 10 and my big snail had some on his shell i scrapped them off they were really hard but i was able to do it
i don't know what it can be or if it's bad but i have pics of them on the wood and what it looked like AFTER I removed them from the snail.

here are the links to my pics

thanks

Maybe take the wood out and boil the heck out of it -- that should kill anything I'd guess.

My $.02 worth.

JPS

I would venture to say baby snails but I can't be sure.

Don't snail lay eggs outside the water?
these things are really stuck there
Anyone else venture a answer

definitely not snail eggs. and the snail you have lays eggs underwater, attached to plants or driftwood or pretty much anything.

i can only rule out them being anything to do with snails or eggs. i've never seen what you've got.
since you saw them up close you should describe them better to us. fuzzy? mushy? hard like crystalline? did they pop off in one piece or shatter or just ooze when you scraped them? help us help you.

Well there are definetly really hard and kinda came off in one piece some shattered a bit and left a white rim where it was and really small more and more popping out
from looking on other sites i'm told it might be Zebra Nerite eggs does anyone agree

Probably a neritid species. They all lay these pretzel salt eggs.. Don't worry, they will dissolve away in a month or two is not eaten by something by then. They will stop laying eggs when the algae is gone.
