Don't think so. There's no song with that name in it, and what I get when I search "Nothing else matters" appears to be some group that does music "in the style of ..." (The link you gave is similar to youtube, but is not youtube, so I didn't follow it. I don't care to catch a computer cold.)

Anyway - it's out of copyright, so shouldn't be too hard to find. This is probably the best known song: Modern Major General (a real YouTube link) Don't let the operatic style throw you off, many of the lyrics are quite funny.
