what can i put in here

Good start...plants and neons.
 
i saw some gold tetras at one of my lfs' could be an idea
 
Some cory's and a school of zebra danios would be cool.I have four and they're great.Or some Head and Tail Light Tetra's would be great.Your off to a good start.MAYBE put some kind of livebearers in there like a sword tail or guppy.That would look nice.:) :) :) :)
 
i think i will have otto's in this one rather than pygmy cats or though they are sweet. no live bearers i had enough trouble in my big tank they just kept breeding hence the angels. in the end i gave them away to a friend and just kept 2 platys- at one point i was well into 20's just toooo many-
