what color gravel?

Hey everyone, after watching my Corys for a while in my 28 gallon tank with black gravel, I've noticed that they are kinda hard to see when they are more towards the back of the tank. The black gravel makes them not show up too great. I was wondering when I get my new 60 gallon tank, if I should try the natural colored gravel or stick with black? Just wondering what you thought. I also thought of white gravel, but I don't think I'd like that

I love brown or tawny-toned gravel or sand... it just looks more natural all around.

natural or dark blue.

a nice beige or tank with a fine grain (but not yet sand) or even white would look good.

grey is also a nice choice

I've never been able to find a good grey gravel that didn't look too sharp and flinty for my fish. : /

i got gravel from lowes. it has shades of black and browns. its light with some darks. looks great.

A mixed pea gravel, browns and greys.

I vote for sand- it looks great and I think the cories would like it.
