what did you upgrade?

I changed the plumbing completely different from what the original owner had, I changed from maxijets (even with the mods) to Koralias because I like the wide dispearsed flow better. I've added additional lighting because I don't want to run my MH for 12 hours a day, I upgraded the sump lighting, added a lot more live rock that what was in the original system, I've changed out the heaters, I'm in the process of designing and rebuilding the stand and making a canopy. And thats not considering my want to do list either.

I upgraded for my 75 the lights and powerheads. for my 30 FOW very little LR system pretty much nothing has been upgraded since it's been SW. Also, got an RO unit. I'm currently adding a nano to the mix which I'm upgrading the lights to MH. I'll eventually be upgrading the 75g to 125g or bigger.

Now do you want to know about the upgrades the wife knows about, or the ones she doesn't? (just joking, she knows where my money goes, now if I could just figure it out!) I just bought 2 korilla 4s, one for my 55 reef (to replace the korilla 2) and one for my 150 (to replace whatever half-working powerhead I had on there). I also upgraded my 90 from freshwater to saltwater (which should be done cycling within the next two weeks). Now all I need is to upgrade the protein skimmer on my 90, get some fish for it, and I will be all set (for the next month or two).

Im turning my fowlr into semi reef and so far have done the following upgrades.

Removed xp3 cannister due to it being a nitrate factory.
Replaced 260 coralife strip with 520 watt PC currect usa extreme orbit strip. Replaced 3 max jets with 1 #3 koralia and 3 #4koralias.
Added Aqua C remora pro protein skimmer with upgraded mag5 pump.
Added Phosphate reactor.
Added Media reactor full of carbon.
Added 80 lbs of porus fiji LR.
Placed the pump for the carbon media reactor into surface skimmer mode to skim of all the gunk off the top of the water.

I think I've been on a path of upgrading everything I started with. In fact, the only thing I might not have altered is the tank itself.

I'd like to get a sump and overflow so I can remove the built in sump from the tank, would look way better.
