What do I do?

Ok this is what happened. My brothers friend went to a fair where I live, and won a goldfish out of those games. Arggh. :eek: SO It was in a cup all day becasue they didnt know what do with it. Well I put him in my Uncycled ,unfiltered, 5 g. I filled it halfway. The tank is uncycled and unfiltered as I was expecting a fish to come so soon. I put him in there temporarily. I dont know what do do with him. Should I take him to a LFS? or should I buy a 15g and try to keep him?? Please help me!

PS hes doing fine right now in the small 5 g.
 
get bigger then 30G aquarium with adiquite filter.
 
Ahh ok. I dont feel like buying a 30 g anywayI was gonna use the 5 g for baby fry but its stinks so bad from the last goldfish that was in their when I was an inexperienced fish keeper. I will take him back to the ish store today and see what they do.
 
how are you going to take him "back" to the fish store when you didn't get him from there? Be sure they will accept him first.... I don't know how goldfish go as take-ins.... also, make a note that he will more than likely be thrown into the feeder tank. If your aim was to save him, why don't you just get a 30 gallon tank?
 
Wasnt to save huim, he was dumped at my house so , yeah I have to do something with him.

hmmm. he most likely has something that eats feeders... won't tell us what, though...
