what do i feed my cory!!!

im going on a trip for 10 days and i was wonderind what i should feed my corys. will they eat those vacation feeders or am i going to have to find somting else. also my tank has a live plat in it so should i leavve the light on or will it be fine for 10 days because i dont think my corys will appreciate all that light.

You could get a light timer, they arent that expensive and come in useful. With an automatic feeder I would be afraid of it dumping all the food into the tank at once.
 
A light timer is a good choice and they are well under $10 at WalMart or similar places. An auto feeder works okay with flake food but not so great with pellets. Those vacation feeders really suck IMO. I used them in the past and whenever I came home they were generally still there and my water was all cloudy.

Is there any chance someone could stop by a couple of times and check on things? Even twice during the 10 day period would be fine, fish can last for quite awhile without food. If you do go this route then pre messure some food out and hide the rest of the food. People like to overfeed fish as they think they are starving.
 
Sorry I mean can you get someone else to drop in? A landlord or friend? Also a good chance to get those plants watered (if you have them).
