What do yall think about the Eheim ECCO External Canister Filter 2234??

is the Eheim ECCO External Canister Filter 2234 a good filter or should i try something else?? Its for the 55 gal

i have one, its awesome. great price, absolutely silent once its purged of air. does a great job in my community tank. I would buy again, no problems.

i just installed mine yesterday.. and i LOVE it.. completely silent, its doing a good job so far. No complaints here.

I have a 2232 and love it. Assuming the 2234 is basically the same, my guess is you'll have no complaints.

I have a pair of 2236s and wouldnt use them solo on anything bigger than a 20gal. With a larger aquarium I would recommend supplementing water flow with another pump/powerhead, but they are very easy to maintain and their bio capacity is very high.
