What do you do with dead fish?

If its not the wintertime, I bury them in the garden. If the ground is frozen, they usually just go into the trash.
 
Hmm...compost manuals usually say not to use meat, fats, bones, etc. so that's why I don't put them in there. I just open the back door and throw them out into the yard. If it's a fish I particularly loved, I have taken the time to actually bury it.
 
I freeze em like cryogenics hoping they will come back to life some day...
 
i have a small burial plot reserved in my parents' flower garden for when any of my larger fish pass away, since they don't flush so well. small fish get the porcelain goodbye.
