What do you feed your Cichlids?

Im just curious to see what everyone feeds them..

I try and feed them a variety of meat lovers flake, cichlid pellets and beef heart..

Im just trying to see if there is anything else i can feed my buddies..

Central & South American Cichlids:

Hikari Cichlid Gold, Shrimp Pellets, Bloodworms, Freeze Dried Shrimp, Crickets, Grasshoppers, Convict Cichlid Fry, Earthworms, Algae Discs, Cooked Peas & Squash.

Hikari gold pellets, Beef heart, bloodworms (which cause a feeding frenzy), and goldfish, which have been treated in a hospital tank before giving for feeding.
