What do you feed your Cichlids?

I feed my africans NLS pellets and spirulina pellets.

When I used to have SA cichlids I would feed them NLS pellets plus earthworms, lizards, frogs, crickets but only maybe once a week on the live stuff.

I feed both about 3-4 times per week.
