A variety of different foods such as: flakes, a variety of vegetables, algae wafers, live and frozen foods. You will notice better color in your fish if you switch around their diet.

I do a frozen bloodworm cube and a pinch of some flakes(i.e. spirulina, color enhancer, etc.) and maybe a supplement like Vita-Chem, which i highly recommend.

Benefits of Vita-Chem:

Reverses and cures lateral line disease
Brings out intense natural colors of fish
Great for fin regeneration
Increases growth
Restores natural vitality of fish
Restores appetite
Helps increase resistance to disease
Stimulates natural mating and breeding instincts in aquariums
