From what I've personally experienced with getting my plants looking their greenest, I'd start by choosing the appropriate color bulbs and background. 6500K tends to be a yellowish green, 10,000K has a brighter white quality to it, and Colormax bulbs have a strong purple hue to them and are best used to bring out the irridescent colors in fish.

If you plan on sticking with your current bulbs, try a black background instead of blue. The contrast helps the background from being noticed and makes the plant's green colors pop.

I am personally a black gravel fan as well, but that one is up to you. I like your more natural look.

Good luck!
