What do you guys use to clean the outside of your tank?

I have an acrylic tank and I use Novus 1. It puts a nice slippery protective coat on too, kinda like wax.

Don't worry about the ammonia the bacteria in you tank can eat that. The surfactants (soap) are what kills bacteria and possibly fish.

I just use regular glass cleaner, sprayed onto a paper towel for safety.

The easiest way to clean the glass without the worry sometimes associated with glass cleaners, I just use a damp paper towel on the glass followed with a dry one.

Wet paper towel then wipe down with dry paper towel don't want to risk using chemicals anywhere near or around the tank.

Windex on all 4 tanks. I sometimes clean the inside of the gecko tank with it too.
